just read the good news.

My wife and I sold right around the same time you guys did and then just got more and more disillusioned with SW Florida.

I have been gone from Naples Fl, now for 6 months having accepted a job in Lafayette, Louisiana.

It's different, the lifestyle is a little more rural but just like your post I never want to be that guy who devotes his life to one calling only to be left high and dry. I have new challenges and new barriers to break down. It's exciting.

I do miss some friends and the white sandy beaches but life has new purpose again instead of that semi state of ennui.

Better break out the granny ring though Rob, I hear there are hills out there...
