Donna 2007- Spencer Smith, eat your heart out!
When I was shopping around for
a triathlon bike, it was very difficult to find one for a petite
woman of my size (5'2-1/4", yeah, that quarter of an inch is
significant to me). There were rumors that Giant would make
their Trinity model in XX-Small but it ended up that the
manufacturer was pulling their line of XX-small road bikes.
Sigh. Anyway, I had nowhere else to turn but outside of the U.S.
It took awhile for the bike to cross the English Channel, but
with the help of Val, it finally arrived this week. I betcha you
won't be able to find another pearl and pink carbon Stealth
anywhere for hundreds, maybe thousands, of miles. By the way,
the guys at
Outspokin are simply awesome.

- See this bike? That, my friends, is a masterpiece. I saw
this bike in transition at St. A's and it was instant luv. Had
to have it. So, I picked up the phone and called Val @
Outspokin and placed an order. What a great bike
shop. And I never say that about bike shops - at least the ones
around here. Val set me up right. Somehow, she was able to
procure the frame from Giant - there are very few in the US at
the moment. And they rigged it up so nicely. And in such a
reasonable timeframe. Can you tell I'm ecstatic? Check out the
cable job they did. They exceeded all my expectations and have
earned a loyal customer. Let me tell you, I'm a customer you
want. Because I spend enough on bike stuff in a given year to
finance small African countries.
